A report in the New York Post indicated that the outgoing administration intends to launch an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) portal app starting in early December in New York City that will allow migrants to bypass in-person check-ins to their local ICE office.

Insiders raised concerns and warned that the move is a “half-baked” plan that will lead more asylum seekers to abscond.

The app, which is set to be launched soon in the form of a pilot program in select cities, will allow the millions of illegal migrants released into the U.S. to await their asylum proceedings and check in with immigration officials on a phone or computer, two sources familiar with the app revealed.

Department of Homeland Security sources told The Post that the app will make it easier for migrants to flee authorities in part because the software has proven to be glitchy and unreliable.

Even when it’s working correctly, the new app doesn’t check for past arrests or outstanding warrants – something the current system tied to in-person appointments does, sources said.

That’s just one of a handful of initiatives being pushed through before inauguration day – including allowing migrants to contest government orders to undergo electronic tracking while they await their immigration appointments.

The Biden admin is also working to make changes that allow migrants to stay in the United States. In yet another move, while the illegal immigrants wait to plead their asylum cases in immigration courts, they will no longer be required to check in with their local ICE field office every few months.

Critics of the illegal border policies of Biden note that under his presidency the number of migrants illegally crossing the southern border exploded, leading to massive lines and backlogs at ICE field offices. And causing many of the problems that systems are encountering today.

CBP commissioner slams Biden’s last-minute move

Former acting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Commissioner Mark Morgan slammed the Biden administration’s last-minute moves as “the opposite of a peaceful transition of power.”

“This is an obstructionist transition, said Morgan. “What they’re trying to do in the last final day, they’re going to try to put up as many roadblocks and obstacles and throw as many grenades as they can on their way out.

Trump’s move to abolish the new Biden policies could be slowed down by court challenges Morgan said. He added that he believes that these were effective in blunting Trump’s immigration policies in his first administration.

As of early last year, the ICE office was already “fully booked through October 2032 for appointments to process migrants released into the U.S., according to an official document previously reviewed by The Post. A report from City Hall records there have been more than 223,000 migrants have come to the city since the migrant crisis began — and more than 58,000 are still being cared for by taxpayers in city-funded shelters.

Meanwhile, the new border czar of President-elect Trump is giving better instructions on exactly how the military will be used to aid in the mass deportations of illegal immigrants that the incoming administration has promised.

Tom Homan, who served as the ICE acting director during Trump’s first term, debunked frenzied speculation from some liberals that the military could be deployed to arrest people on U.S. streets – saying that service members would be used for “non-enforcement” duties. Covid-19 “Vaccine” Rollout Led to Fewer Births and Excess Deaths in the Philippines https://americanpoliticalreport.com/covid-19-vaccine-rollout-led-to-fewer-births-and-excess-deaths-in-the-philippines/ https://americanpoliticalreport.com/covid-19-vaccine-rollout-led-to-fewer-births-and-excess-deaths-in-the-philippines/#respond Thu, 21 Nov 2024 12:05:53 +0000 https://americanpoliticalreport.com/covid-19-vaccine-rollout-led-to-fewer-births-and-excess-deaths-in-the-philippines/ (Natural News)—Data from the Philippine Statistics Authority shows that there were around 1.3 million fewer Filipinos last year than in 2020, likely due to the effects of the Southeast Asian nation’s mass Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination program.

This comes from an investigation conducted by COVID-19 Substack blogger Super Sally, who noted that, adding the number of fewer births and the number of excess deaths from 2020 to 2023, the Philippines had an “unrealized population” – the number of people who should have been living at the time – of about 1.285 million people. (Related: Philippine government reports 297,000 excess deaths linked to COVID-19 vaccines.)

“New readers may be shocked at the excess mortality in 2021, which started only in March of that year,” wrote Sally. However, “I believe that the 2021 mortality and birth data was throttled in early 2022, and the devastation of 2021 will likely be hidden forever.”

Sally’s data comes from an analysis of the PSA, which publishes reports yearly on data collected from the Philippine Civil Registration System, including vital statistics like births, marriages and deaths.

Rise in deaths and decline in births coincide with COVID-19 vaccine rollout

The Philippines’ mass COVID-19 vaccination program was initiated in March 2021, around the same time the country’s unrealized population started surging. While there were a few COVID-19 “vaccine” brands used in the Philippines, the Janssen vaccine by Johnson & Johnson and supplied to the nation through the COVID-19 Vaccines Global Access (COVAX) program of the World Health Organization is believed to be the biggest killer for the country.

“The big spike in deaths which happened in every single region [of the Philippines] in July of 2021 was concurrent with the rollout of Janssen [COVID-19 vaccines] which were delivered to all regions with 3.2 million doses administered within just a few weeks,” wrote Sally. “There was a second death spike in January 2022, also matching the second Philippine delivery of 5.2 million new doses of Janssen.”

“All Janssen doses were delivered under the COVAX program,” she continued. “This is not to say other injectables were not deadly and causative of excess deaths, just that Janssen drove those excess deaths to a new devastating high.”

If 2019 is taken as the last normal and reference year, there have been 908,566 fewer births and 386,939 excess deaths from 2020 through 2023. This gives an “unrealized population” of 1.285 million.

Overall 2023 deaths are slightly higher than 2022 levels, and 2023 births are just slightly lower than 2022 levels. Both may rise slightly in the final reports that will be issued early in 2025.

The deaths are higher than 2022 levels for many months, with even some data points higher than 2021, which was the prior worst year. Early in 2023 births were higher than 2022 and 2021 levels. However, by the end of the year births had dropped, across almost all regions to levels similar to 2021.

Anxiety Over the Elections Is Making Many Americans Reconsider Their Travel Plans https://americanpoliticalreport.com/anxiety-over-the-elections-is-making-many-americans-reconsider-their-travel-plans/ https://americanpoliticalreport.com/anxiety-over-the-elections-is-making-many-americans-reconsider-their-travel-plans/#respond Mon, 04 Nov 2024 04:38:46 +0000 https://americanpoliticalreport.com/anxiety-over-the-elections-is-making-many-americans-reconsider-their-travel-plans/ (Natural News)—Americans planning their vacations are being wrecked with anxiety over the coming election, resulting in many would-be travelers reconsidering their plans.

Some of the people feeling anxious over the election are Emily Reeve and her husband, who usually spend Thanksgiving by going on a trip to Hawaii, Florida or even just Disneyland – but not this year.

“I have a toddler now and I’m worried about being in a potentially volatile situation should we be traveling post-election,” said Reeve, 32.

The couple doesn’t have family near their home in Portland, Oregon, so they like to skip town for the November holiday. But they say they’re staying put this time to avoid getting caught in an airport or a popular destination at the same time when news develops of unrest, like rioting or looting “because the people in the area aren’t happy with the election outcome.”

People like Reeve and her husband are among the growing number of people in the United States who are developing anxiety around the election, leading to them rethinking their travel plans. (Related: SURVEY: Over 60% of Americans feel the 2024 presidential election is affecting their mental health.)

Industry experts and travel agents note that this regularly happens around presidential elections and is unavoidable even if they and federal authorities alike attempt to reassure the public that security procedures are in place for Election Day and its aftermath.

The Transportation Security Administration “always remains vigilant in this heightened global threat environment,” a spokesperson said, adding that federal air marshals “continue to carry out critical in-flight security missions” and other duties to keep travelers safe. “We prepare for all contingencies and employ multiple layers of security that are seen and unseen.”

Flyers may notice tighter airport security in coming weeks, said Jeffrey Price, who runs the aviation security consultancy Leading Edge Strategies. In addition to more uniformed officers, “there may also be a combination of plainclothes law-enforcement personnel amongst the passengers,” he said.

Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian recently told CNBC he expected consumers to take “a little bit of a pause” in the weeks around the election, as the carrier has seen in the past.

“People like to be home during the election period. They don’t want to be out traveling,” he said. “I don’t think they want to be spending money until they understand what’s going to happen.”

While the pandemic upended travel during the 2020 vote, Delta also saw demand flag in the run-up to the 2016 ballot before bookings rebounded in subsequent weeks.

United Airlines supported Delta’s findings, with executives saying they expect to see a similar pattern this month and in November and “don’t think there’s anything to be surprised by.”

Businesses are also on alert, said Kelly Soderlund, a spokesperson for the online business travel management company Navan. Its domestic flight bookings are down 19 percent for the week of the election compared with the same week last year. Bookings for the following week, though, are 42 percent higher than the preceding seven days and 82 percent higher than the equivalent week a year ago.

Concerns over possible unrest affecting travel plans this election cycle

Sixty-four percent of U.S. adults said they are avoiding traveling in the U.S. out of concerns about unrest, depending on who wins, according to a recent poll by the travel site The Vacationer.

About 25 percent said they would stay home if Vice President Kamala Harris is elected, while just 16 percent said they would hold off if former President Donald Trump wins. Twenty-four percent said they’re staying put no matter the outcome, and 36 percent said the election’s outcome won’t affect their travel plans.

Another poll, this time from the American Psychological Association, found that 77 percent of Americans are stressed about the future of the country and 69 percent are specifically anxious about the election. Seventy-two percent are worried that the results of the election could lead to violence, and another 56 percent believe the election could be the end of democracy in the United States.

“People feel very strongly about their beliefs, what they want for this country, and how they want issues to be handled,” said psychologist Thea Gallagher of NYU Langone Health. “Depending on who wins the election, it seems like issues are going to be handled differently – that’s a lot to process.”

The CDC and Pfizer Withheld Evidence That Covid “Vaccines” Increased the Risk of Myocarditis in Children https://americanpoliticalreport.com/the-cdc-and-pfizer-withheld-evidence-that-covid-vaccines-increased-the-risk-of-myocarditis-in-children/ https://americanpoliticalreport.com/the-cdc-and-pfizer-withheld-evidence-that-covid-vaccines-increased-the-risk-of-myocarditis-in-children/#respond Sat, 12 Oct 2024 05:12:22 +0000 https://americanpoliticalreport.com/the-cdc-and-pfizer-withheld-evidence-that-covid-vaccines-increased-the-risk-of-myocarditis-in-children/ (Natural News)—Pfizer and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) withheld evidence that the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines increased the risk of myocarditis in children, according to two sets of documents made public.

Confidential Pfizer documents leaked by Project Veritas show that Big Pharma had “evidence that suggests patients who received a (COVID-19) vaccine are at an increased risk of myocarditis.”

Meanwhile, heavily redacted CDC documents obtained by the Children’s Health Defense (CHD) via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request indicate that the agency provided an undercounted figure of post-COVID-19 vaccination myocarditis cases to Israel’s Ministry of Health in early 2021.

The latest revelations come as Germany, Japan and other governments are raising questions about the significant numbers of severe adverse events recorded in individuals following the administration of the vaccines.

“This study clearly shows that Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine provides almost no benefit to children and adolescents, but does increase their risk of myocarditis and pericarditis,” said Dr. Brian Hooker, CHD’s chief scientific officer. “It begs the question: Why does the CDC continue to recommend these unlicensed shots for kids? Where is the data they use to support their statement that the benefits of these vaccines outweigh the risks?”

The Pfizer vaccine provided children and teens in England with only about 14 to 15 weeks of protection against the virus, as per a preprint study of over 1.7 million children ages five to 15.

Moreover, researchers investigating the safety and effectiveness of Pfizer’s vaccine in fully vaccinated, partially vaccinated, and unvaccinated children and teens, also found cases of myocarditis and pericarditis only in vaccinated children. The study found that vaccinated children required slightly fewer emergency room visits and hospital stays, but that those outcomes were extremely rare in children and teens across all groups.

COVID-19 vaccine provides almost no benefit to children, study reveals

Public health agencies in the United Kingdom and the U.S. granted authorization to the Pfizer vaccines based on clinical trials that measured immunogenicity and efficacy against infection.

Their research confirmed that even in 2021, when the vaccine was first authorized for children and teens, that age group did not face a high risk for COVID-19-related serious outcomes, including death or the need for emergency care, hospitalization or critical care.

The researchers tested the effectiveness of the first vaccine dose versus no vaccine and of two doses versus a single dose. They matched each vaccinated child with an unvaccinated one, and participants were matched by age, sex, region, prior COVID-19 testing and childhood vaccination status.

Of the 1,262,784 children in the adolescent part of the study, vaccinated and unvaccinated, there were only 72 emergency room visits, 90 COVID-19 hospitalizations and no deaths. There were nine cases of pericarditis and three cases of myocarditis, all in the vaccinated group.

Among all of the children in the vaccinated versus unvaccinated group, there were no emergency visits, only six hospitalizations and no deaths related to COVID-19. There were three cases of pericarditis, all in vaccinated children.

The researchers concluded that in adolescents, the vaccine reduced the rate of hospitalization more than it increased the risk for myocarditis and pericarditis, but for children, the increased risk of pericarditis was higher than the reduction of risk for hospitalization.

Chinese Electric Vehicles Could Be “Weaponized” by Beijing, Report Warns https://americanpoliticalreport.com/chinese-electric-vehicles-could-be-weaponized-by-beijing-report-warns/ https://americanpoliticalreport.com/chinese-electric-vehicles-could-be-weaponized-by-beijing-report-warns/#respond Wed, 02 Oct 2024 13:26:02 +0000 https://americanpoliticalreport.com/chinese-electric-vehicles-could-be-weaponized-by-beijing-report-warns/ (Natural News)—Ministers in the United Kingdom are being advised to consider banning Chinese electric vehicle manufacturers from securing government contracts over national security and data privacy concerns.

Suppliers suspected of having ties to China’s military-industrial complex pose a key risk due to the potential for built-in wireless components in EVs to be “weaponized,” which could even be used to gridlock British streets, according to the report by the China Strategic Risks Institute (CSRI) and the Coalition on Secure Technology.

The so-called Cellular IoT Modules (CIMs) are wireless components embedded in all-electric vehicles and act as a gateway for data to flow in either direction. (Related: Can China remotely control and detonate electric vehicles?)

The report said it was concerned that data generated by Chinese-manufactured EVs operated in the U.K. could end up in the hands of the Chinese state and could be used for surveillance purposes.

This adds to concerns that the British government’s open-door policy to EVs from China threatens to undercut domestic manufacturing. The U.K.’s domestic car industry is responsible for 198,000 manufacturing jobs, representing 2.5 percent of the country’s entire GDP.

CSRI warned that China’s heavy involvement and subsidization of its EV manufacturing sector, allowing the country to produce an excess of five to 10 million EVs per year, along with the British government’s failure to impose restrictions on Chinese EV imports raises the possibility of China posing a threat to British national security and to the country’s car manufacturing industry.

The study comes amid a rapid influx of Chinese automakers into the U.K. market, with the CSRI claiming that Chinese-made EVs have increased their U.K. market share from just two percent in 2019 to 33.4 percent in the first half of 2023.

British government rapidly procuring EVs for the public sector

The U.K. government is rapidly procuring EVs for the public sector. It confirmed last year that some EV units used by the Ministry of Defense had been supplied by MG, a motoring brand owned by Chinese state-owned automobile manufacturing giant SAIC Motor.

Chinese EV giant BYD has also made significant inroads in the British public sector, with at least 1,800 electric buses delivered to local authorities across the country in the past few years.

CSRI warned that London’s refusal to impose restrictions on Chinese EVs, unlike its neighbors in the European Union, could result in Britain becoming a “dumping ground and a potential backdoor into the European market” for Beijing.

The report further warned that Chinese-made CIMs used in EVs could be used to send data back the Beijing about British users. The paper noted that the totalitarian government mandates that all firms within the country provide data access to the state, which was one of the motivating factors for the U.K.’s previous decision to phase out components manufactured by Chinese tech giant Huawei from its 5G networks by 2027.

The CSRI suggested that the U.K. mandate foreign suppliers of EVs to agree to not transmit data overseas under any circumstances, introduce a legal requirement to share their source code with the British government, and allow for regular inspections of data storage centers globally to ensure that sensitive data is not being sent covertly to other servers.

Watch this video warning that new cars, including EVs, could be remote-controlled by governments.
