  • Fermented foods have the potential to modulate the microbiota-gut-brain axis, offering neuroprotective benefits by influencing gut and brain communication, immune pathways, and nervous system functions
  • These foods are an affordable and accessible dietary intervention, providing a practical strategy for enhancing mental health across diverse populations by introducing beneficial microbes and bioactive compound
  • Fermented foods contain microbes and molecules with neuroactive potential, which actively influence brain function and mood through the production of microbial metabolites during fermentation
  • Long-term consumption of fermented foods is important for achieving mental health benefits, as they help maintain gut and brain barrier integrity, reduce inflammation, and modulate hormone levels like serotonin and GLP-1
  • Current studies on fermented foods often lack appropriate controls, leading to challenges in standardizing interventions and accurately measuring their effects on mental health
  • (Mercola)—Fermented foods stand out as a potent intervention when it comes to influencing your mental health by impacting a symbiotic relationship inside the body, which is called the gut-brain axis. Here, the influx of probiotics influences your mental health, and your current mood subsequently influences your microbiome. While the symbiosis looks simple on paper, it’s a complex communication network, underscoring the importance of eating fermented foods regularly.

Understanding the Link Between Fermented Foods and Mental Health

Fermented foods are rich in beneficial probiotics and metabolites, which influence your gut microbiota composition and diversity. These foods have been well-studied, and researchers eventually discovered that the human body has a communication pathway between your gut and brain — the gut-brain axis.1

When you eat fermented foods, the probiotics and other bioactive compounds begin to influence the communication between your gut and brain. In particular, a fascinating aspects about them, is their ability to influence mood, and researchers attempted to quantify their benefits in one study.

Fermented Foods — A Practical Path to Attaining Mental Wellness

The paper, published in Neuroscience & Biobehavioral Reviews, found that fermented foods offer an affordable dietary intervention strategy to enhance your mental health by targeting the gut-brain axis.2 But before diving in further, the researchers established the definition of the gut-brain axis in their research:

“The microbiota-gut-brain axis facilitates a constant bidirectional relay of information from the intestine via the enteric nervous system (ENS) and from the intestinal milieu consisting of microbial communities, microbial metabolites, gut associated lymphoid tissue (GALT), peripheral immune cells and cytokines to the brain and vice versa via the sympathetic/parasympathetic nervous system, neurotransmitters and the circulatory immune system.”

Using this definition as the foundation, the researchers noted that incorporating fermented foods into your diet introduces a diverse array of beneficial microorganisms, resulting in a balanced gut microbiome. Moreover, this approach is convenient and cost-effective compared to taking a supplement, especially for families coming from different socioeconomic backgrounds around the world, as it offers them a way to stay healthy without resorting to adding another layer of expense.3

The neuroactivity of fermented foods is achieved through the introduction of probiotics into the digestive tract during consumption, which interact with the gut-brain axis. Enhanced microbiota diversity ensures a more resilient and efficient gut environment, which directly impacts brain health and function.4

Research also shows probiotics modulate immune and nervous system pathways, as well as impact the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, which is crucial for stress regulation. Probiotics also influence hormone levels, such as the gut hormones GLP-1, which plays important roles in glucose homeostasis and satiety.5

Going back to the gut-brain axis, fermented foods influence pathways that relay information from the gut to the brain by altering neurotransmitters, neuroactive substances and neuromodulators. These compounds play vital roles in regulating mood, stress response and overall cognitive function. In turn, this helps maintain the human body a balanced state of mental health, reducing the risk of disorders such as anxiety and depression.6

Moreover, fermented foods contain metabolites that reduce the permeability of both the intestinal barrier and the blood-brain barrier.7 A strong barrier prevents harmful substances from entering the bloodstream and reaching the brain, thereby protecting it from inflammation. This is a key factor in preventing neuroinflammation and promoting cognitive resilience.8

Other Effects of Fermented Food on Human Physiology

Fermented foods exert immunomodulatory effects by influencing the levels of circulating cytokines and other immune markers. These benefits help reduce systemic inflammation, which is often linked to various mental health issues. By supporting the immune system, fermented foods create a healthier body and mind.9

The study also points out that probiotics influence the production of hormones such as serotonin, neuropeptide-Y, GLP-1, ghrelin, peptide YY, motilin and somatostatin, which play significant roles in regulating appetite, mood and energy. This promotes metabolic health, which is closely linked to mental health.

That’s because a well-regulated metabolic system aids in maintaining stable energy levels and mood, thus preventing the onset of mood swings and symptoms of depression. Certain probiotic strains also lower stress levels, which is another benefit that promotes better mood and overall health.10

The study underscores that fermented foods influence neurotransmitter levels, including serotonin, which is a key player in mood regulation.11 The slight boost in serotonin levels help enhance feelings of well-being and happiness, reducing the prevalence of mood disorders.

However, note that serotonin levels shouldn’t be always elevated. As noted in my article “Media Twists Findings of Study Linking High Serotonin to Dementia,” elevated serotonin levels will contribute to health issues such as:

    • Fibrosis, including cardiac and pulmonary fibrosis
    • Impaired thyroid function
    • Reduced metabolism due to excessive glycolysis and high lactic acid production
    • Reductive and then secondary oxidative stress
    • Bizarre, recurring nightmares and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

Strategies to Nourishing Your Gut Microbiome

Are you eating enough fermented foods? If you’ve been feeling down lately, adding them into your diet will give your mood a nice boost. This strategy subsequently affects the microbiota-gut-brain axis that results in better overall mental health. To help you achieve this goal, here are some practical steps:

    • Make your own fermented foods at home — Creating fermented foods at home ensures you receive fresh, potent probiotics. Homemade options like yogurt, kefir and sauerkraut contain a diverse array of beneficial bacteria essential for a healthy gut microbiome.

Plus, making your own fermented foods is cost-effective and allows you to control the ingredients, avoiding unnecessary additives, genetically modified ingredients and refined sugars found in mass-produced probiotic goods.

    • Avoid pasteurized commercial fermented foods — Commercially available fermented foods are often pasteurized to extend shelf life, which kills the live bacteria necessary for gut health. Instead, opt for traditionally fermented, unpasteurized products sourced from reputable businesses. But again, a better solution is preparing them yourself to maximize the health benefits.
    • Incorporate various fermented foods into your diet — Diversity is key when it comes to fermented foods. Different types offer unique strains of probiotics that work synergistically to enhance your gut microbiome’s resilience.

Include a range of options such as kimchi, natto, homemade yogurt and homemade fermented vegetables in your daily meals. Variety helps ensure a robust and balanced microbiome, which is crucial for optimal gut-brain communication.

    • Maintain consistent consumption — Regularly consuming fermented foods is essential for sustaining a healthy gut microbiome and reaping long-term mental health benefits. That’s because the modern Western diet is filled with ingredients that consistently destroy the beneficial bacteria.12 Therefore, reseeding your gut with probiotics is important.

Make it a habit to include fermented foods in your everyday diet, whether through meals or snacks. Consistency helps maintain gut microbiota diversity, reduces inflammation, and supports stable neurotransmitter levels, all of which contribute to improved mood and cognitive function.

Additional Strategies to Boost Your Mood

While fermented foods are certainly important, there are other strategies available to help boost your mood. One of my top recommendations is getting regular exercise. Not only is it free, it’s also easy to incorporate into your daily routine.

In a study13 published in the British Journal of Medicine, researchers noted that exercise is better than antidepressants when it comes to improving mental health. In fact, according to their calculations, it’s 1.5 times more effective. As noted by lead author Ben Singh, Ph.D.:14

“Physical activity is known to help improve mental health. Yet despite the evidence, it has not been widely adopted as a first-choice treatment … Higher-intensity exercise had greater improvements for depression and anxiety, while longer durations had smaller effects when compared to short and mid-duration bursts.

We also found that all types of physical activity and exercise were beneficial, including aerobic exercise such as walking, resistance training, Pilates, and yoga. Importantly, the research shows that it doesn’t take much for exercise to make a positive change to your mental health.”

Aside from exercise, eating a healthier diet (in addition to fermented foods) will help boost your mood. I recommend adding more vitamin B-rich foods into your diet, as this nutrient plays a role in cognitive function. For example, a B1 deficiency causes irritability and emotional disturbance. On the other hand, a B3 deficiency has been linked to anxiety, aggression and depression.15

Lastly, I recommend you try the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). It’s a form of psychological acupressure that takes inspiration from the concept of energy meridians used in acupuncture. In EFT, you’re tapping certain meridians while voicing out positive affirmations to help uplift your mood. That said, people experiencing the symptoms of depression will benefit from EFT. In the video below, EFT practitioner Julie Schiffman shows you how.

Critical Race Theory and Racial Polylogism https://americanpoliticalreport.com/critical-race-theory-and-racial-polylogism/ https://americanpoliticalreport.com/critical-race-theory-and-racial-polylogism/#respond Tue, 10 Dec 2024 11:54:28 +0000 https://americanpoliticalreport.com/critical-race-theory-and-racial-polylogism/ (Mises)—Many people are familiar with the divisive concepts of Critical Race Theory (CRT). The best-known examples are the notion of “white privilege” and the redefinition of racism as “power plus privilege.” These concepts have been widely rejected, and even banned from public schools in some states. However, less often remarked upon is CRT’s more pernicious rejection of truth and reason. It is not merely that CRT believes truth to be relative, but that it rejects the importance of reason and facts altogether: “its proponents reject objective truth, reason, and empirical evidence. Instead, critical theorists assert that only identity and oppression matter.”

CRT is not alone in rejecting the idea of objective truth, as that is the essence of relativist theories. The particular danger posed by CRT to the institutions that have embraced it, including public offices fulfilling executive, legislative, and judicial functions, does not simply arise from CRT insisting that you have “your truth” and I have “my truth.” The bigger problem is that, in CRT, truth varies based on one’s racial identity. Thus, in CRT the concept of objective truth is treated as a Western value derived from the “ethics of whiteness.” For example, Charles Mills argues that the concept of “white ignorance” denotes “a group-based cognitive handicap” affecting white people. According to Mills, black people by contrast have “epistemic privilege” which enables them to avoid the “epistemic pitfalls” of those classified as “white knowers.”

In his introduction to Human Action, Ludwig von Mises rejects “the polylogism of the racists.” He describes that epistemological approach as one in which “there exists between various races a difference in the logical structure of mind.” From that premise, it follows that each race has “a logic of its own.” Mises also rejects Marxist class polylogism, which “asserts that man’s thinking is determined by his class affiliation [and that] every social class has a logic of its own,” from which it follows that “the product of thought cannot be anything else than an ‘ideological disguise’ of the selfish class interests of the thinker.” For the same reasons he also rejects historical polylogism, which “asserts that the logical structure of human thought and action is liable to change in the course of historical evolution.” Mises warns that, although the influence of all these forms of polylogism spreads beyond the field of economics, with implications for all disciplines, including the physical and biological sciences, nevertheless “it is the sciences of human action that they really have in view.” Their real target is economic science. He observes that the central aim of polylogists is to reject the notion that any universal principles can be derived in relation to human beings:

They say that it is an illusion to believe that scientific research can achieve results valid for people of all eras, races, and social classes, and they take pleasure in disparaging certain physical and biological theories as bourgeois or Western.

The significance of polylogists deriding any principles as “bourgeois” or “Western” is that such principles need not be respected or upheld by those who don’t “identify” with these groups—any principle can simply be dismissed out-of-hand on grounds that it only applies to those of Western heritage. Thus, we heard it said in Congress, during debate on the Dismantle DEI Act, that oppression is a state of affairs which only black people experience and no white men have ever experienced oppression. This is “true” in CRT, because their premise is that the meaning of oppression is racially determined. Similarly, some of the dissenting opinions in the Supreme Court affirmative action case would not be out of place in a CRT manual, where the view is expressed that “colorblindness” is wrong because the “truth” is that legal rights are racially determined:

“With let-them-eat-cake obliviousness, today, the majority pulls the ripcord and announces ‘colorblindness for all’ by legal fiat,” [Justice Ketanji Brown] Jackson wrote. “But deeming race irrelevant in law does not make it so in life.”

As those examples illustrate, the message championed by CRT adherents is that everyone’s reality is based on race, and that DEI laws are to be commended for acknowledging this reality while banning affirmative action is wrong because that would impose “colorblindness for all by legal fiat.” Such arguments are now heard, not only in the humanities and social sciences, but even in the natural sciences. It is said, for example, that fields such as mathematics ought to be “decolonized” to make their principles relevant to different races and cultures.

Mises’s rejection of polylogism was explicated in response to the then-prevailing philosophy which presumed reason and logic to be determined by one’s class, race, or the epoch to which he belongs. Mises’s goal in Human Action was to explain the science of economics as a universal science. Hence, he rejected the previously prevailing notion that principles of economics vary from one person or one group to another, and that “its teachings are valid only for the capitalist system of the short-lived and already vanished liberal period of Western civilization.” He aimed to explain economic principles not as true in a specific time for a specific group of people, but “a regularity of phenomena to which man must adjust his action if he wishes to succeed.” These principles apply to all human beings, of all races, at all times.

In addition to rejecting racial polylogism, Mises also rejects the forms of relativism which hold that there is no objective truth or objective reality. The subjective theory of value—the principle that there is no such thing as an absolute moral value that everyone ought to uphold—does not imply that there are no universal principles—otherwise Mises would be contradicting himself. David Gordon clarifies this important point in “Mises and Moral Relativism”:

Does this make Mises a moral relativist? He doesn’t think that there is anything to the concept of “value” other than subjective preferences, so if this is what you mean by a relativist, he was one. But this isn’t the way most philosophers today use the term. A moral relativist is someone who, as the name suggests, thinks that morality is relative to something, usually a person’s society or culture. A relativist might hold, for example, that slavery was morally right in ancient Greece and Rome, because it was accepted there, but wrong in America today. This isn’t subjectivism, because the relativist isn’t saying it’s a matter of arbitrary preference whether slavery is right or wrong: he is saying that slavery is objectively right (or wrong) relative to a particular society. A variant of moral relativism holds that what is morally right is relative to the individual, but even this isn’t subjectivism. The defender isn’t saying that what’s right is nothing more than persons’ subjective preferences. Rather, he is saying that it is objectively the case that what is right for each person is what he prefers.

In this way of understanding relativism, Mises was not a moral relativist. He thought that social cooperation through the free market resulted in peace and prosperity, regardless of whether people or societies accepted this or not.

With that in mind, the relevance of Mises’s rejection of polylogism for understanding the threat posed by CRT lies in his defense of universal principles of human action. As Gordon observes,

His primary objective is always to defend the free market against any doctrine that can be used to attack it. For example, he criticizes the logical positivists, because their view of meaning would undermine praxeology, and for the same reason he rejects various forms of what he calls “polylogism.”

It is on that basis that Misesians defend the philosophical principles that underpin free markets and all forms of human liberty from CRT’s attacks. By embracing racial polylogism, CRT rejects the very foundations of the liberty we defend.

What’s Next for the Woke Bureaucrats in the Administrative State? https://americanpoliticalreport.com/whats-next-for-the-woke-bureaucrats-in-the-administrative-state/ https://americanpoliticalreport.com/whats-next-for-the-woke-bureaucrats-in-the-administrative-state/#respond Tue, 10 Dec 2024 10:28:30 +0000 https://americanpoliticalreport.com/whats-next-for-the-woke-bureaucrats-in-the-administrative-state/ (Daily Signal)—President-elect Donald Trump poses a serious threat to the woke bureaucrats and their left-wing allies who have injected their ideology into the administrative state, but these activists won’t be giving up easily.

As Trump staffs up for a second term, the bureaucrats have hatched at least three strategies to oppose him: returning to the left-wing nonprofit sphere to act as a government-in-waiting; passing new regulations to cement their ideology into the rules before Trump can reverse them; and burrowing into the bureaucracy to oppose him from within, the same way they did during his first term.

Trump will enter office Jan. 20 with a mandate to drain the swamp, but the swamp is working overtime to clog up the drains while it still can.

Here’s how the swamp is fighting back to defend its bureaucracy.

    1. The Revolving Door

Trump has vowed to carry out a mass deportation of illegal aliens, but it is often better for aliens to “deport” themselves by leaving the country on their own terms. Similarly, some woke bureaucrats in the administrative state have begun the process of self-deportation, electing to depart the Biden-Harris administration on their own terms before Trump forces them out of government.

Tracy Stone-Manning, director of the Bureau of Land Management, is getting the heck out of Dodge. She’ll be taking over as president of The Wilderness Society in February.

The Wilderness Society, like so many other environmentalist groups, began with the noble goal of conservation, but has since become a woke activist group that opposes fossil fuels and supports “diversity, equity, and inclusion,” or DEI.

As I explain in my forthcoming book “The Woketopus: The Dark Money Cabal Manipulating the Federal Government,” Stone-Manning is already well familiar with the environmental activism sphere. She spent four years at the National Wildlife Federation before joining the Biden-Harris administration.

The National Wildlife Federation has worked hand in glove with the federal bureaucracy. In 2009, the Interior Department (which includes the Bureau of Land Management) found that the Bureau of Land Management was consulting with National Wildlife Federation staff on budgeting and that the staff were writing and editing official BLM materials to promote the federation’s priorities.

“We’re honored that some of our team members have served in and gone on to serve in essential state, local, and federal roles, including in Democratic and Republican administrations,” Mike Saccone, the federation’s vice president of communications, told me in remarks for the book.

Of course, The Wilderness Society also wanted a cut of the action. The Functional Government Initiative revealed in 2023 that Wilderness Society lobbyists brainstormed “legal and policy pathways” with Interior Department lawyers regarding the Twin Metals project in Minnesota. Interior later canceled leases owned by Twin Metals Minnesota, terminating a critical minerals project, as The Wilderness Society had demanded.

Stone-Manning, who notoriously wrote a threatening letter on behalf of tree-striking eco-terrorists, represents the first Biden-Harris administration official to leave in the lead-up to Jan. 20, but she won’t be the last.

    2. ‘Trump-Proofing’ the Bureaucracy

Even before Trump won the 2024 presidential election, bureaucrats had been gearing up to “Trump-proof” the administrative state.

In April, the Office of Personnel Management finalized a rule that will make it harder for Trump to reinstate his “Schedule F” executive order—an order that would have made it easier for the president to fire certain bureaucrats.

Public sector unions have also schemed with bureaucrats to tie Trump’s hands ahead of time.

The Environmental Protection Agency and its employees’ unions signed a collective bargaining agreement in May that created mechanisms for employees to report any other employee whom they deem to have had “improper influence” on a scientific study.

Public sector unions may also be working to extend collective bargaining agreements to preserve certain perks, like working remotely.

Similarly, the National Institutes of Health has designated an official to identify political meddling in the agency’s work, creating a scientific integrity council to review any such cases, Politico reported.

Of course, “political meddling” is in the eye of the beholder. Conservatives rightly consider Chicken Little climate warnings (the burning of fossil fuels will bring about the end of the world) a form of political meddling in science.

Unfortunately, the bureaucrats who staff these agencies would likely consider any attempt to dial down the doomsday rhetoric a form of “political meddling,” even though the American people selected Trump, who ran on a platform of unleashing all forms of energy production, including fossil fuels.

The organization Protect the Public’s Trust has compiled a list of at least a dozen breaches of scientific integrity under the Biden administration.

Although Biden issued a Scientific Integrity Memorandum early in office, claiming that “[s]cientific findings should never be distorted or influenced by political considerations,” his Office of Science and Technology Policy “formally recognized” “indigenous knowledge” as “one of the many important bodies of knowledge that contributes to the scientific, technical, social, and economic advancements of the United States.”

Federal agencies “do not need to judge, validate, or evaluate Indigenous Knowledge using other forms of knowledge in order to include Indigenous Knowledge in Federal policy, research, or decision making,” Biden’s science office said.

    3. Retrenchment

Of course, many bureaucrats will simply refuse to leave.

While some federal bureaucrats are already looking for other work, many are feverishly working to protect their jobs ahead of the Trump purge, The Washington Post reported.

Bureaucrats have started scrubbing social media and even changing their job titles in an effort to preserve their woke functions in the coming new Trump administration.

Some agencies are reclassifying jobs with “titles that could clash with Trump’s agenda, especially those promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, boosting environmental justice and fighting the effects of climate change,” the Post reports.

In other words, the Environmental Protection Agency is working to reclassify the climate activist and purveyor of critical race theory (the notion that America is systemically racist against black people) who got hired to further “environmental justice,” to hide the real reason he has a job.

This will prevent the Trump administration from identifying woke activists and rooting them out, thus enabling these activists to undermine Trump’s agenda from within.

Given how vociferously the deep state fought the first Trump administration, leaking to the press and helping to launch the Trump-Russia probe and the first impeachment, Trump’s second administration must take the threats of entrenched bureaucrats quite seriously.

I humbly suggest that my book, “The Woketopus,” is a good place to start. It lays out many of the woke nonprofits that staff and advise the administrative state, bankrolled by the likes of Alex Soros and his Open Society Foundations.

This vast network should serve as a tool in identifying the worst offenders who seek to turn the federal government into a tool for the woke agenda.

LOL: NY AG Limits “Ghost Guns” at Buyback After Getting Owned by 3D Printing Community https://americanpoliticalreport.com/lol-ny-ag-limits-ghost-guns-at-buyback-after-getting-owned-by-3d-printing-community/ https://americanpoliticalreport.com/lol-ny-ag-limits-ghost-guns-at-buyback-after-getting-owned-by-3d-printing-community/#respond Tue, 10 Dec 2024 10:23:18 +0000 https://americanpoliticalreport.com/lol-ny-ag-limits-ghost-guns-at-buyback-after-getting-owned-by-3d-printing-community/ (Zero Hedge)—On X, New York Attorney General Letitia James announced a new gun buyback event on Long Island for Saturday. The post was heavily ratio’d, with the usual X users in the reply section bashing the progressive politician and arguing how ineffective gun buybacks are at reducing crime. Meanwhile, it seems like James’ office has learned from previous gun buybacks how not to be exploited by the 3D-printed community.

“On Saturday, December 14, we’re hosting a gun buyback event in Bohemia at the True North Community Church from 10AM-1PM,” James’ post read, adding, “No ID is needed, and no questions will be asked.”

However, in small italicized font, James’ office wrote:

“Anyone bringing homemade or 3D-printed guns will be paid a total of $25, regardless of how many are turned in.”

The reason: In 2022, New York’s attorney general had to revise the rules surrounding gun buybacks after an unidentified man from West Virginia exploited a loophole at an event in Utica, New York.

The man reportedly earned $21,000 in gift cards after turning in 60 printed auto sears, which likely cost him $50 in plastic filament. That’s a heck of a return.

“Are you guys going to get scammed by the ppl bringing in those cheap 3d printed guns? It was like an unlimited money glitch for them,” one X user asked James.

Someone found another “unlimited money glitch” …

The 3D printer community has woken up to “unlimited money glitch” over the years:

James’ office appears to have learned from past mistakes.

More Scientists Call For Moratorium on mRNA Covid-19 “Vaccines” — Will It Ever Happen? https://americanpoliticalreport.com/more-scientists-call-for-moratorium-on-mrna-covid-19-vaccines-will-it-ever-happen/ https://americanpoliticalreport.com/more-scientists-call-for-moratorium-on-mrna-covid-19-vaccines-will-it-ever-happen/#respond Tue, 10 Dec 2024 10:17:47 +0000 https://americanpoliticalreport.com/more-scientists-call-for-moratorium-on-mrna-covid-19-vaccines-will-it-ever-happen/ (Natural News)—A new peer-reviewed study published in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons has renewed calls for a moratorium on mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, particularly the Pfizer-BioNTech shot, citing serious safety concerns, incomplete data and long-term risks. This call aligns with a growing number of scientists and organizations that have criticized and questioned the widespread use of these so-called vaccines, as troubling evidence continues to surface.

Latest study calls for moratorium on COVID-19 gene therapy

The study, led by Philip R. Oldfield, Ph.D., and authored by renowned epidemiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, scrutinizes the safety and regulatory oversight of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. McCullough, who rightfully opposed the COVID-19 vaccine from the beginning, said the vaccine should never have been classified as a traditional vaccine, but rather as gene therapy — a category with far more stringent regulatory requirements.

The study emphasizes the failure of the scientific community to conduct essential testing, such as toxicology, carcinogenicity and long-term safety evaluations. Most alarmingly, it points to an unsettling lack of understanding regarding the long-term effects of the spike protein and lipid nanoparticles in the vaccine.

“The truth is becoming more obvious,” said Oldfield in a statement. “As more evidence is accumulating, we are seeing undeniable signs that the risks may far outweigh the benefits of these vaccines.”

The study’s criticism extends beyond the vaccine’s classification. It highlights several key concerns, including the absence of critical testing during clinical trials. Key factors such as the amount and variability of the spike protein produced in vaccine recipients were not measured adequately, and placebo groups were unblinded prematurely, undermining the integrity of long-term safety and efficacy data.

Gene therapy turned out to be genetic weaponry

The study also references a troubling report by the U.S. Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), which shows over 19,000 deaths associated with COVID-19 vaccines, a figure that far surpasses any other vaccine’s adverse events in recent history. This is particularly concerning given the typical thresholds for removing vaccines from the market. For instance, the Rotashield vaccine, linked to just 15 deaths, was swiftly withdrawn. In contrast, the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine remains widely available despite a far higher mortality rate in its initial months of use.

The authors argue that the regulatory agencies, such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), failed to address these concerns, pointing to a “widespread regulatory capture” that discouraged proper oversight. “Public health agencies could have acted responsibly and issued sound, scientifically-backed recommendations,” said Dr. McCullough. “But instead, they chose to ignore mounting safety signals.”

Recent research has also raised alarms about the neurological risks associated with this genetic weaponry. A study published in Cell Host & Microbe in late November found that the persistent presence of spike proteins in the brain could lead to lasting neurological damage. Experts like Dr. Angus Dalgleish, a professor of oncology, are particularly alarmed by the increasing number of individuals showing signs of severe neurological diseases and rapid dementia following injection.

Dr. McCullough’s study also notes that the spike protein produced by this gene therapy is widely distributed throughout the body and infiltrates vital organs, including the liver, spleen, ovaries and adrenal glands. He warns that no comprehensive studies have been conducted on how this protein interacts with the human body over the long term. This raises concerns about the vaccine’s potential to cause damage to multiple organ systems, especially since the body may continue to produce spike proteins long after injection.

Despite these mounting safety concerns, Pfizer and other manufacturers have been granted legal immunity from liability, making it difficult for injured individuals to seek justice. This liability shield has incentivized vaccine companies to downplay the risks.

How many more voices need to be raised, before this biological weapon system is shut down?

Many experts and organizations are now questioning why the mRNA vaccines are still in use despite these glaring issues. The World Council for Health, Doctors for COVID Ethics and even Florida’s Surgeon General have publicly supported halting the distribution of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines until more comprehensive safety studies are conducted.

“There is no justification for continuing this gene therapy experiment on a global scale,” said Christof Plothe, D.O., a member of the World Council for Health’s steering committee. “We still don’t know the long-term effects, and we need to stop this rollout immediately.”

As one of the study’s authors put it, “Given all the available evidence, there should be a moratorium on all mRNA injections until we have a clear understanding of their safety profile.”

How many more voices need to be raised, and how much more evidence needs to emerge before we pause the use of these “vaccines” in order to protect public health? When will they be properly classified as genetic weaponry?

Dershowitz Questions One Detail About Arrest of Suspect in UnitedHealth CEO’s Murder https://americanpoliticalreport.com/dershowitz-questions-one-detail-about-arrest-of-suspect-in-unitedhealth-ceos-murder/ https://americanpoliticalreport.com/dershowitz-questions-one-detail-about-arrest-of-suspect-in-unitedhealth-ceos-murder/#respond Tue, 10 Dec 2024 10:01:29 +0000 https://americanpoliticalreport.com/dershowitz-questions-one-detail-about-arrest-of-suspect-in-unitedhealth-ceos-murder/ DCNF(DCNF)—Noted attorney Alan Dershowitz raised questions Monday about one detail in the arrest of a suspect in the killing of UnitedHealth Group CEO Brian Thompson.

On Monday, police in Altoona, Pa. arrested Luigi Mangione, a person of interest in the fatal Dec. 4 shooting of Thompson, following an extensive manhunt. Dershowitz, a former Harvard law school professor, said that police may have violated Mangione’s rights in their search after the arrest, potentially endangering a conviction for the killing.

“I’m a little nervous about one aspect of the arrest. According to newspaper reports… when they arrested him, they found in his possession a series of documents relating to insurance companies. I don’t think that was based on a constitutional search,” Dershowitz said. “Get mad at me, but I believe in the Constitution. Look, I want this guy to be convicted if he did it, and obviously, it seems 99.999999% certain that he did it, notwithstanding the presumption of innocence, but I insist every I be dotted, every T be crossed when it comes to the Constitution.”

“Now the rules are this: When you arrest somebody, you can conduct a search that is consistent with the arrest and you can make sure you he has no guns, you can make sure he has no knives, no weapons, nothing like that, no means of escape, that’s all legitimate,” Dershowitz added. “But if you find in his pocket, you know a series of documents, there are cases, it’s not clear, that suggest before you read the documents, let’s assume… they were enclosed in an envelope, or they weren’t, there was more than one page, before you go inside the document, you may very well need a search warrant.”

The Fourth Amendment to the Constitution prohibits unreasonable search and seizure. Failure to obtain a search warrant outside certain exceptions can result in a judge excluding evidence obtained in the search, according to Findlaw.

“It would have been easily obtainable, and you know, maybe no harm no foul, but the police should have obtained a search warrant,” Dershowitz said. “Maybe they did… But particularly when you have a case that’s so obvious and so apparent, police should do everything in their power to avoid giving the defense any arguments at all, the same thing happened in the O.J. Simpson case, they so clearly climbed over the fence, made up a story that that they were there to protect him.”

“I don’t want to see anything endangering a potential conviction in this case,” Dershowitz said later.

What Caused “Assassin” Luigi Mangione to Go “Absolutely Crazy”? https://americanpoliticalreport.com/what-caused-assassin-luigi-mangione-to-go-absolutely-crazy/ https://americanpoliticalreport.com/what-caused-assassin-luigi-mangione-to-go-absolutely-crazy/#respond Tue, 10 Dec 2024 09:41:58 +0000 https://americanpoliticalreport.com/what-caused-assassin-luigi-mangione-to-go-absolutely-crazy/ Editor’s Note: There are two conspiracy theories stemming from the arrest of Luigi Mangione for the murder of Brian Thompson. First, some are saying Mangione doesn’t seem to fit the mold of a cold-blooded assassin. This is sparked by the video of the killing showing what appears to be a calm and unwavering man taking a life with three shots even after his gun malfunctioned. Compare that to Mangione who was described as “trembling” and who apparently wet himself upon capture.

The second conspiracy theory is that he was coerced by the Deep State in a modern version of MKUltra. There are a few pieces of evidence supporting this possibility that will be posted in a separate article today or later this week. In the meantime, here’s an article generated from corporate media reports that echoes the official stories surrounding this peculiar case…

(Based Underground)—In a shocking narrative that reflects the failings of our modern society, the story of 26-year-old Luigi Mangione has unfolded—transforming from an Ivy League student to the alleged murderer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. This tragic turn raises serious questions about what drove him down this dark path, particularly after painful back surgery led him to explore questionable treatment options for his chronic pain.

Mangione’s descent into madness reportedly began after a surfing accident altered everything in his life. Friends have recounted how he went “absolutely crazy,” providing insight into a once-promising individual who now appears to embody the consequences of untreated psychological distress.

His manifesto—a chilling handwritten document—reveals disturbing insights as he singled out UnitedHealthcare for its culpability in what he described as systemic abuse for profit at the expense of American lives.

In his own words, “I wasn’t working with anyone.”

He proclaimed an eerie justification for his actions, stating, “These parasites had it coming. I do apologize for any strife and trauma, but it had to be done.”

This is not just about one man’s psychotic break; it’s emblematic of larger societal issues involving health care neglect and mental health crises that are far too prevalent today.

Friends were alarmed when Mangione suddenly went “radio silent.” After undergoing painful back surgery—and perhaps seeking solace from psychedelics—his family reported him missing weeks prior to this horrific event.

One former roommate recounted seeing the x-rays of his back after the operation. “It looked heinous, with just giant screws going into his spine.”

The alarming details only keep piling on as we learn more about what happened before that fateful encounter at McDonald’s where police discovered him with weapons and cash—not exactly signs suggesting someone on their way to recovery or mental clarity.

What’s even more troubling is how close friends expressed growing concern over time. In messages shared among themselves leading up to Thompson’s murder, they feared something was deeply wrong

One wrote, “Hey man I need you to call me…”

Such cries fell on deaf ears until it was too late—a startling reflection not just on Mangione but also on those systems meant to provide support during crisis moments.

A cynical sentiment echoes through many posts by Mangione online following periods spent abroad searching seemingly aimlessly for purpose amid self-inflicted chaos post-surgery—all while creating social media content hinting at radical views toward society itself.

Donald Trump Doubles Down on Trolling “Governor” Justin Trudeau https://americanpoliticalreport.com/donald-trump-doubles-down-on-trolling-governor-justin-trudeau/ https://americanpoliticalreport.com/donald-trump-doubles-down-on-trolling-governor-justin-trudeau/#respond Tue, 10 Dec 2024 07:49:33 +0000 https://americanpoliticalreport.com/donald-trump-doubles-down-on-trolling-governor-justin-trudeau/ The election of President Donald Trump has hit many people hard, but perhaps no leftist will suffer as much personal humiliation as Canadian Prime Minster Justin Trudeau.

First, Trump threatened him with massive tariffs if he didn’t fix his border, prompting Trudeau to immediately promise to make changes. Then, he was publicly ridiculed after Trump joked about adding Canada as the 51st state and letting Trudeau be the governor.

Trump doubled down on the trolling with an epic post on Truth Social:

It was a pleasure to have dinner the other night with Governor Justin Trudeau of the Great State of Canada. I look forward to seeing the Governor again soon so that we may continue our in depth talks on Tariffs and Trade, the results of which will be truly spectacular for all! DJT

    Wow.

Even his enemies have to admit that his style is entertaining. As for his supporters, we get to sit back and absorb the hilarity while we work to make America great again.

America’s Middle Class in 2024: Aging Vehicles, $300 Carts of Groceries, and Mountains of Credit Card Debt https://americanpoliticalreport.com/americas-middle-class-in-2024-aging-vehicles-300-carts-of-groceries-and-mountains-of-credit-card-debt/ https://americanpoliticalreport.com/americas-middle-class-in-2024-aging-vehicles-300-carts-of-groceries-and-mountains-of-credit-card-debt/#respond Tue, 10 Dec 2024 06:10:52 +0000 https://americanpoliticalreport.com/americas-middle-class-in-2024-aging-vehicles-300-carts-of-groceries-and-mountains-of-credit-card-debt/ (The Economic Collapse Blog)—Have things been getting better for the middle class, or have things been getting worse?  Needless to say, the answer to that question is obvious.  The cost of living is absolutely crushing us, we can’t afford to replace our rapidly aging vehicles, debt levels are exploding, and the proportion of the country that is living paycheck to paycheck has been steadily rising.  Our economy is a mess, and America’s middle class is getting smaller and smaller.  Sometimes I feel like I am watching a very tragic version of musical chairs.  If you are still holding on to your chair, you should be very thankful, because more people are slipping out of the middle class and into poverty with each passing day.

If you are old enough, you can still remember a time when many middle class families would purchase a new vehicle every few years.

Sadly, today most of us are being forced to get as much mileage out of our rapidly aging vehicles as we possibly can.  As a result, the average age of the passenger vehicles traveling America’s roads has reached an all-time record high

This should be the best of times for the people who help keep America’s cars running.

There have never been as many on the road—around 290 million light vehicles—and they have never been so old. One reason for that is good news: They are better made. Getting the odometer past 100,000 miles has gone from being noteworthy to normal. Thirty years ago the average passenger car was about 8.4 years old and today that is 13.6 years.

Even keeping our aging vehicles repaired has become exceedingly difficult.

These days, if the mechanic hands you a repair bill for less than a thousand dollars that is a reason to celebrate.

In the old days, you could get a really nice used vehicle for a thousand dollars.

Of course groceries have become insanely expensive as well.  Earlier today, I came across a USA Today article that discussed the fact that the average household in Miami spends 327 dollars at the grocery store per trip…

Many longtime Miamians say they’ve felt this way since the pandemic transformed much of their city. As New Yorkers and Californians faced lockdown orders and restrictions, many flocked to Florida, with the largest increase of New Yorkers moving to Miami where they could benefit from tax and mandate breaks while working remotely. But along with having the largest net population gain of any state in the country came exploding living and housing costs. Housing prices have risen almost 50%, according to the UBS Global Real Estate Bubble Index released last month.

Grocery prices shot up. (An average household spent about $327 per trip). So did electric bills. A carton of eggs last year cost $5.

327 dollars used to be a lot of money.

Now it will just buy you one cart of food.

I warned my readers that the economic conditions that we were witnessing in Venezuela would eventually come here, and now it has happened.

As I discussed a few days ago, core consumer prices have actually risen for 53 months in a row. Our cost of living crisis is out of control, and there is no end in sight.

As they struggle to pay their bills, many Americans are turning to credit cards for some relief. As a result, credit card debt balances have soared to record high levels

The average American household credit card balance as of the third quarter of 2024 was about $10,757 after adjusting for inflation, according to a new study.

The personal-finance website WalletHub onFriday released its new Credit Card Debt Study, which found that consumers added $21 billion in debt during the third quarter of 2024.

Early results for the fourth quarter of the year show preliminary data for October at a new record high for credit card debt in the month, in absolute terms.

As credit card debt levels rose, it was inevitable that more Americans would start getting behind on their payments, and that is precisely what has happened

Are you feeling financially stressed as 2024 comes to a close? You’re not alone, not even close. In fact, 7.8 million Americans have delayed payments on at least one of their credit accounts this year. That’s a million more than in 2023.

This is really bad news for the economy as a whole, because our economy is highly dependent on consumer spending.

You can’t get blood from a stone, and restaurants all over the country are learning the hard way that most consumers simply cannot afford to eat out as regularly as they once did…

Seafood giant Red Lobster, Italian chain Buca di Beppo, fish taco eatery Rubio’s Coastal Grill and the owner of burger and pizza chains BurgerFi and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza are among those that have sought to reorganize through bankruptcy this year. Hooters of America is also huddling with lenders and advisers amid revenue declines, Bloomberg reported.

Shares of Dine Brands Global Inc., the parent of Applebee’s and IHOP, are down about 30% year-to-date, while shares of Bloomin’ Brands Inc., which owns Outback Steakhouse, dropped to near 2020 lows last month after it reported a decline in US same-store sales.

Yes, a “restaurant apocalypse” has begun.

When I first started using that term, a lot of people thought that I was exaggerating.

But of course I was not exaggerating one bit.

There was a time when it seemed like just about anyone in this nation could achieve “the American Dream” if they just worked hard enough.

But now we have reached a point where only 31 percent of Americans believe that they have “made it” in life…

Despite being the land of opportunity, the American Dream remains frustratingly out of reach for most Americans, with a mere 31% believing they’ve financially “made it” in life.

Sadly, that figure is even lower for Baby Boomers

However, the picture becomes less optimistic with age. Only 27% of baby boomers feel they’ve reached financial success, and among those who haven’t, just one-third believe they ever will. The survey found that Americans consider their path to financial success threatened by various external factors, including presidential elections (46%), interest rate changes (45%), and the job market (42%).

After working so hard for so many years, only 27 percent of Baby Boomers feel like they have “made it” in life.

    Well, that is quite depressing.

Things could have turned out far differently.  Many of us ranted and raved for years that things would turn out this way, but most of the country did not want to listen.

Bad decisions lead to bad results.

Our leaders have been making comically bad decisions for decades, and thanks to them we now have a complete and utter nightmare on our hands.

Gold Breaks Out With Central Bank Surge and Interest Rate Drops Expected https://americanpoliticalreport.com/gold-breaks-out-with-central-bank-surge-and-interest-rate-drops-expected/ https://americanpoliticalreport.com/gold-breaks-out-with-central-bank-surge-and-interest-rate-drops-expected/#respond Mon, 09 Dec 2024 17:54:04 +0000 https://americanpoliticalreport.com/gold-breaks-out-with-central-bank-surge-and-interest-rate-drops-expected/ Precious metals are seeing gains once again following the post-election dip, just as many economists had expected. Even China, which had been holding back for five months, returned to purchasing massive quantities of gold.

“Falling U.S. interest rates and ongoing solid demand from central banks are supporting the gold price,” USB Analyst Giovanni Staunovo said. “(It) Was definitely good to see again purchases by the Chinese central bank last month, but other central banks have been also buying large quantities.”

USB is not alone in their bullish shift on precious metals. Their Chinese counterparts echoed the sentiment to justify recent purchases.

“The decision to increase gold holdings, particularly following Trump’s recent election victory, reflects the PBOC’s proactive approach to safeguarding economic stability amid evolving global conditions,” OCBC analysts said in a note.

All of this was expected by Jonathan Rose, CEO of Genesis Gold Group, who had prepared his company before the election for the results that he was hoping would happen.

“While other gold companies were cheering for Democrats to win so they could continue to sell on fear, we positioned our clients to be ready for a Trump victory,” he said. “It’s paying off now and will pay off even more once he’s in office; expect major gains in gold and silver very soon.”

Genesis Gold Group is a faith-driven precious metals firm that specializes in rolling over or transferring retirement accounts into Genesis Gold IRAs backed by physical precious metals.

“With interest rate cuts coming and a return to sound fiscal principles, we expect the economy to perform much like it did during President Trump’s first term when gold prices rose 51%,” he continued.

The ongoing “bubble” caused by geopolitical turmoil and a stock market that has been propped up by inflation have prompted many Americans to consider safeguarding their retirement with physical gold and silver.
